winter can't come soon enough
- It's 88F (31C) here today, and that is TOO HOT for me. I don't want to see any temperature beginning with a seven or higher. I DON'T have a pool, I HATE getting sunburned, and I don't like going to the annoying sandy hot beach! I'm sooo moving to Alaska (because Canada is too liberal!).
- I've added some neat things here. I've begun using
Google Reader to browse my RSS feeds and there is a nifty sharing feature. If I "Star" my items, a.k.a. mark them as a favorite, I can share them via a RSS feed located
here
. I've also added the gray box on the bottom of the right hand side of the screen that shows them when you visit this page.
- I've also added an
add to Google link, which will allow you to add this blog to your Google home page or subscribe to it in Google Reader.
- Also, I had a "friend" that "said" he was going to buy an XBOX 360 this weekend. He did not. I left work early then I had to so I could meet him online to play. I grabbed a TV dinner so I could eat that quickly. He did not buy a 360 nor do I think he will anytime soon. He just proceeds to leave me hanging every time he says we are or can do something together. He will almost NEVER tell me that we aren't playing, he'll just leave me waiting. I understand if something important comes up, but he never bothers to even give me a shitty excuse. I guess it is Canada's way to not wear shoes in a house and to not worry about your friends that are waiting on you!
- I've added my photos to a new service being offered by Google -
Picasa Web Albums. Currently it is only in a "test" stage and is only by invitation. I don't know if they're still handing them out or not, since I got mine very early. I personally enjoy the ease of use and eagerly await new updates to it. You can find
my public album here.
- I'll also try to blog more interesting less-depressing news items such as: The Conde Nast building being
ready for a disaster;
New technology being tested on the NYC Subway system; and the first
XBOX 360 dashboard update.
